Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

We provide comprehensive training so you are prepared to help each child reach their potential. Requirements include 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test, and to pass a pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and capable of working well in a team.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Follow guidance from a BCBA to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist in maintaining safe, supportive environment and adapt techniques as needed.
