Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one to implement individualized intervention plans and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, no prior experience required. The role involves physical activity to move and assist children safely, with pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour and opportunities to grow within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Support BCBA guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and handle situations with children; activity may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
