Job summary

INTERCARE THERAPY is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based roles in California. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA (training provided) to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Travel to client homes and community locations is required.

The role offers a part-time schedule with afternoons/evenings, a $500 sign-on bonus, and paid training. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One completed college course or higher preferred.
Currently enrolled in college or an equivalent.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree acceptable.
Reliable transportation with valid license, insurance, and registration.
Willingness to travel locally (20–40 mi radius).
Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Travel to client homes and local locations to provide services.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
