Job summary

Intercare Therapy in San Bernardino, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training and a flexible part-time schedule.

You’ll work one-to-one with clients, help build communication and daily living skills, travel within a 20–40 mile radius, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following: at least one completed college course, currently enrolled in college, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration and insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
