Job summary

WonderWay ABA NJ In-Home is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians who assist BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD in home, school, and clinic settings.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, record data to measure progress, and support families in implementing treatment plans while maintaining strong communication with supervisors. Transportation is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress
• Support training of families in implementing treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families and supervisors
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA
