Job summary

Bounce Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a caring and reliable Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services. You'll work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized interventions designed to enhance their development.

Qualifications

• Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability during after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
