Job summary

Headrise ABA in Bayville, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home therapy to a 5-year-old boy, working part time. The role includes scheduling Monday through Friday afternoons and earning $18–$25 per hour.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while partnering with families to implement proven ABA plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 5 year old boy
• Location: Bayville, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 3:00PM- 7:00PM
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
