Job summary

Bounce ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Perth Amboy and Freehold, NJ teams in a hybrid role serving two clients. You will supervise RBTs and clinicians, develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer flexible evening hours (4:00 PM–7:00 PM or 5:00 PM–8:00 PM) with weekly in-person visits, competitive hourly pay of $95–$100, and a collaborative culture

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure are required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with ASD is essential.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in home settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Modify treatment plans based on data and outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation per BACB ethics and funding requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor treatment implementation and client progress in the home setting
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
