I Am Boundless is seeking a Behavior Technician to support individuals with I/DD and mental health needs in home, school, community, or day programs. You’ll provide person-centered care and implement behavioral supports under supervision.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and strong English communication skills. Training, supervision, and opportunities for PSLF and benefits are provided as part of a supportive nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and treatment services.
• Deliver services in home or community settings per client needs.
• Supervision via on-site and telehealth observation/feedback.
• Support individuals and families to promote community integration and contribution.
