Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in New Jersey. You will support independence and positive behavior, working with a clinical team and families to implement care plans.

There is no experience required, and the role offers after-school hours with additional weekend opportunities. The BK Academy training program supports certification, and Same Day Pay provides financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
