We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.

Schedules

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – 3pm‑11pm
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 7am‑3pm
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 7am‑3pm

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will have a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co‑occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

• Competitive rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on and retention bonus paid upon successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full‑time new hires only). Additional yearly stipends may be offered as grant funding permits.
