Centria is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

This position requires compassion, patience, and the ability to lift and carry children up to 50 pounds. We're offering a pay range of $19 - $20 per hour and comprehensive training for those who want to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting children.
