Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children ages 1–12 who have developmental delays. You’ll be trained by BCBAs and play a hands-on role delivering ABA in real sessions, earning your full rate during training.

Qualifications include 60 college units and experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 months of child work, and a California driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Fluency in Farsi is preferred. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention or related field.
• 60 college units including 12 units in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education and 6 months of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience working with children.
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
• 21+ age with a valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in Farsi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA sessions with children ages 1–12 with developmental delays.
• Take detailed notes to track progress and session outcomes.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines.
