Job summary

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children using ABA techniques in home, school, or community settings. You will help build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting a child’s progress.

No advanced degree required; you must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and commit to obtaining RBT certification within 90 days. Flexible hours are available, with competitive pay and strong training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members.
• Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.
