Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in their homes, ages 1–12, implementing ABA lesson plans and tracking progress. Training is paid during onboarding.

You’ll gain hands-on experience and be part of a compassionate, growth‑oriented team. Requirements include 60 college units or a related degree plus experience with children, a California driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in related field) and 6 months of experience with children
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience with children

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home sessions with children ages 1–12 to implement ABA lesson plans
• Track progress and record session data to measure outcomes
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily activities
