Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children ages 1–12 who have developmental delays. You’ll run hands-on sessions, implement ABA plans, and be trained by board-certified behavior analysts while earning your full rate during training.

Perks include competitive hourly pay, flexible hours (part-time, full-time, Saturdays), mileage reimbursement, and tools of the trade. Strong preference for Farsi speakers; driver’s license and reliable vehicle recommended.

Qualifications

• 60 college units with related field and 6 months of experience with children.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience with children.
• 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
• Driver license, insurance, and reliable vehicle preferred in California.

Responsibilities

• Play 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 in home sessions, bringing lesson plans to life.
• Take notes to track progress and capture meaningful details.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments.

Skills

Experience with developmental delays

Fluent in Farsi

In-home pediatric ABA experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
