Job summary

Coyne & Associates in California seeks a Behavior Technician to work in home settings with children ages 1-12 who have developmental delays/autism. You will be mentored by BCBAs and paid during training. Expect flexible hours, growth paths, and a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications include 60 college units with relevant experience OR a bachelor’s in a related field plus experience. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred for travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in related field) and 6 months of experience with children, OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 in home sessions.
• Take notes to track progress and capture details that make the session meaningful.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA in everyday moments.
