Job summary

Coyne & Associates in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children aged 1–12 in their homes, implementing ABA plans under supervision. No formal experience required; paid training and flexible scheduling are provided.

You will track progress, support families, and gain hands-on experience while advancing through professional growth paths and a supportive team of BCBAs.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, or (alternative paths acceptable as listed)
• 60 college units including 12 units in Psychology/Child Development/Special Education or Education and 6 months of experience with children
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience working with children

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home settings, delivering lesson plans.
• Record progress and celebrate milestones to inform session quality.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments.
• Engage in hands‑on training and learn from BCBA supervision.
