Job summary

A leader in Behavioral and Mental Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work part-time with children who have autism or developmental delays. The role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support through structured, play-based activities. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
• RBT certification is a plus; we will cover the cost of obtaining it.
• Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.

Skills

Experience with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field
