Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to support clients with autism and related developmental needs in homes, schools, and community settings. This part-time afternoon role offers opportunities for hands-on therapy, data collection, and mentorship within a supportive team.

You will gain experience assisting learners to acquire communication and daily living skills, while working under supervision toward RBT certification. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in relevant role.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Assist learners to gain life skills and independence (communication, daily living, social skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based methods.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
