Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

Our Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs support BTs and RBTs pursuing BCBA certification, with ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities to advance within ABA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members for consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
