Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role offers opportunities for supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience
• Active RBT certification (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and engage with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
