Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to support in-home and center-based ABA therapy with supervision from a BCBA. You’ll implement individualized ABA plans and track progress to help children develop communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and making a difference.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within a few months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
