Job summary

United Care ABA in Brooklyn, New York is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs who want to grow a meaningful career in ABA. You’ll receive hands-on training, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and a clear path from BT to RBT with support to pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
