Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Willingboro, New Jersey, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support adolescents in a structured residential program.

You will implement positive behavior support and ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, a driver’s license, and the ability to work under supervision toward licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3 years of behavioral health experience.
• Associates degree with 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the clinical strategies of positive behavior support and applied behavior analysis.
• Train staff in intervention strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Identify triggers for negative behavior and modify staff behavior for effective management.
• Work with Program Supervisor to provide support to adolescents.
• Collect data on behavioral issues.
• Cooperate with Division and Development staff during inspections.
• Under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Travel to 3 group homes within a 10 miles radius.
