Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Phillipsburg, NJ area team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and ensuring meaningful progress for children with autism and related needs.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and other BTs to implement and adapt treatment plans, maintain precise records, and support families across home, school, and community settings. Strong compassion and professionalism are valued.

Qualifications

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client data.
• Work with a team of BCBAs and BTs to ensure effective therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement and modify treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical and respectful across settings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions and progress.
