CrystalCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) in Wantage, NJ to support ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help families implement strategies at home and in clinical settings.

The role emphasizes compassion, accuracy, and adherence to ethical guidelines, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under supervision of BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide consistent feedback to clients and their families.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain ethical guidelines and professional standards.
