Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD in a clinic setting. No ABA experience required—training and certification are provided, with paid coursework and exam costs.

The role offers a daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Mon–Fri), 100% center-based work, and semi-annual raises to advance pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability, and strong heart for helping others are essential.
• No specialized healthcare background required for entry-level entry into ABA support roles.
• Ability to maintain safety protocols and learn procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based therapy with safety and compassionate care in a clinic setting.
• Track session data and draft clear daily progress notes.
