Job summary

Galliant is hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in a supportive clinic setting. If you have experience in child care, daycare, preschool teaching, babysitting, caregiving, or as a healthcare assistant, our fully funded certification program is the perfect next step to launch a clinical career.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, with semi-annual raises and a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Ability to stay active and maintain safety protocols with children.

Responsibilities

• Run procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills.
• Collect session data and write objective daily progress notes.
• Engage with children in a clinic setting and support neurodiversity.
• Provide compassionate, assent-based care and prioritize client needs.
