Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members for the Tyler clinic to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! You will report to a dedicated clinic and work a daytime schedule 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with 6-monthly raises. We offer a full benefits package and a supportive clinical team led by BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Patience and reliability to work with children.
• Ability to maintain a positive, supportive demeanor throughout procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children.
• Deliver assent-based therapy in a clinical setting.
• Track session data and draft daily progress notes.
