Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification.

You’ll work daytime hours in a clinic with an 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, no overnights or weekend shifts. Opportunities for raises every 6 months as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Willingness to complete paid training and certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track session data and draft daily progress notes.
