Responsibilities

• Models effective behavior support and positive interactions with client and family.
• Collaborates with clinical team and provides guidance on behavior support components.
• Meets documentation requirements of state and insurance payers.
• Implements treatment plans.
• Collects data.
• Assists with onboarding new behavior technicians and mentors trainees.
• Provides peer support and feedback to supervising BCBA.
