Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Utah. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect client data, and provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role offers on-site, part-time hours with comprehensive training provided. A background in psychology or related fields is preferred, and the company emphasizes HIPAA compliance and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavioral Technician Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance with all RBT duties.
