Formación

• Six months of behavioral health or direct patient care experience (CNA/MA/HCA/teacher's aide).
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department.
• Preferred: Computer knowledge and familiarity with ABA principles.

Responsabilidades

• Models effective behavior support and positive interactions with client and family.
• Completes intensive orientation and training.
• Implements treatment protocols.
• Collects behavioral data.
• Collaborates with the clinical team and considers medical/psychological/environmental causes.
• Meets documentation requirements of state and insurance payers.
