University of Utah Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (PRN) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans for individuals with autism and related disorders across home and community settings. Under supervision, the RBT will support BCBA-led treatment goals and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Qualified candidates have at least six months of direct behavioral health or patient care experience, and hold a BACB RBT certification with eCredential.

Formación

• Six months of behavioral health or direct patient care experience required.
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current BACB Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsabilidades

• Models effective behavior support and positive interactions with client and family.
• Governs behavior support components with consideration of medical/psychological/ environmental factors.
• Meets documentation requirements for state and insurance payers.
• Completes orientation and training.
• Implements treatment plans.
• Collects data and monitors progress.
• Assists with onboarding new behavior technicians by modeling procedures.
• Provides peer support during shadowing and skill development.
