Job summary

Key Autism Services in Everett, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Join a supportive team that offers supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to grow your ABA career.

You’ll work directly with BCBA supervision, participate in structured onboarding, and access fellowship and mentoring programs designed to advance toward BCBA certification while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
