Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will travel to clients’ homes and community settings, delivering 1:1 therapy and implementing behavioral plans.

Families are included in sessions and you will collect data and notes to track progress. We provide paid in-house training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Part‑time positions are available, with competitive pay and benefits for full‑time staff, including health

Qualifications

Passion for helping children with special needs.
Reliable, timely, organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to obtain a negative TB test.
Reliable transportation, public or private.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college credit preferred.
Willingness to work a minimum of 10–15 hours per week.
Monday–Friday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Travel to a client’s home and other community settings to deliver services.
Work 1:1 with children and adolescents to implement behavioral plans.
Incorporate families and caregivers into therapy sessions per the treatment plan.
Collect detailed and accurate data and service notes.
Receive ongoing support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.
