Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs in home and community settings to teach clients life skills.

The role requires travel to client homes and community venues, with data collection and progress notes as a core duty. We offer paid in-house training, travel time compensation, tuition reimbursement, and supervision for RBT credential maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain negative TB test.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels to home and community settings to deliver services.
• Implements one-on-one behavioral services.
• Maintains accurate data collection and service notes.
• Receives ongoing supervision and mentorship.
