Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Washington state is hiring a Behavior Technician to implement ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, delivering treatment and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Passion for working with children flourishes in a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Reliable transportation to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and attend team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Receive supervision to ensure high quality of care.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members as needed.
