Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Sacramento, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs under supervision. Roles may occur in CARD centers, patient homes, schools, or via telehealth, with a 1:1 or group format and a focus on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

This position offers growth through BT levels, BCAT certification support, and a pathway to senior roles within a mission-driven organization serving individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Provide treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to CARD policies and HIPAA requirements.
