Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience or coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and/or adults with autism or similar developmental/behavioral health needs.
• Help clients develop social and communication skills and manage repetitive behaviors.
• Document progress and milestones accurately.
• Implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
