Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related challenges. You will help develop social and communication skills and document progress under Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

The role offers flexible morning, afternoon and evening hours, paid training, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and tuition assistance. Prioritize compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or 1 year experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
