Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Nashville seeks a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings to deliver therapy sessions and collect data on progress.

The role involves collaborating with families, reporting progress, and supporting skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or with children with special needs is a plus.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior and progress to BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and team members for skill generalization.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
