Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring caring, motivated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. The role supports behavior intervention plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and schools to implement effective ABA programs.

The position may start part-time with 15–20 hours per week, offering opportunities to grow toward full-time hours. A TB test, background check, and California driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test and background/fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Competitive pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
