Job summary

MN Care Services in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, client-centered support to individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs in home and community settings.

The role involves 1:1 or 2:1 staffing, with morning and afternoon rotations. You will follow care plans, collect data, and assist with daily living activities, while maintaining HIPAA and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years in behavioral, residential, or mental health settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Must complete 245D training and demonstrate competency.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and document shift notes and medication administration reports.
• Collect data to support positive behaviors per the care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal planning, shopping, and housekeeping.
