Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding areas as needed and pass background checks.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
• Fluently read, understand, speak, and write the English Language.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals who may exhibit behaviors such as aggression or self-injury.
• Understand and implement various support plans and individual service plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state standards and laws.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery with direct supervision from management.
• Document information to support individual needs and goals.
• Track and chart data daily in line with company expectations.
• Communicate with managers and coordinators about behavioral incidents.
• Assist with Direct Support Professional duties as needed.
• Medication administration.
