Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians in Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Training is provided; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
