Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We are looking for patient, compassionate individuals who enjoy teamwork. Comprehensive training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist under the guidance of a BCBA and monitor progress.
