Centria Autism seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one‑on‑one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you are prepared to help each child, even without prior experience, and you will gain meaningful impact daily. The role requires physical activity and patient teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Tuberculosis test required if not on file in last year.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained after onboarding.

Responsabilités
