Behavior Frontiers in Los Angeles is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and centers. You will use research-based methods to help individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Collect and analyze data with our software for real-time decisions.
• Must be 18+, pass background checks and health screenings.
• Energetic attitude and dedication to helping individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods.
• Teach communication, play, independence, and reduce inappropriate behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
• Collect and analyze data for real-time decisions.
